ENFORCEMENT
Blogworkx shall report all activities those Spamming Blogworkx.com to the concerned ISP's and all Anti-Spam agencies, including assisting them in investigation and prosecuting Spammers to the fullest extent possible under law.
Blogworkx.com warns all of its customers that if they participate in Spamming activities they will have to indemnify us for any loss of Blogworkx.com services, pay damages and suffer possible legal action.
FALSE SPAM COMPLAINTS
Blogworkx.com supports the efforts of various organizations working to responsibly eliminate Spam activities. But off late many internet users use this to their advantage to file false complaints against companies who send emails through opt-in email lists.
Please note that Blogworkx.com will provide full co-operation with concerned Anti-Spam agencies to protect its interests and to ban the complainant from use of Anti-Spam software. Repeated offenders will be sued for "Loss of Reputation".
